Buck Logistics provides on-demand and route-based delivery services to businesses and authorized clients. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete delivery information

• Not use our services for unlawful or prohibited activities

• Respect the terms outlined in service quotes, contracts, or email agreements
   

2. Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is provided based on the scope of service, distance, and volume. All quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change. Buck Logistics reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to fuel surcharges, traffic delays, or route modifications.
 
3. Delivery Conditions
We strive for timely and professional delivery, but we are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events

• Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

• Unavailable recipients or inaccessible delivery locations
   

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and lawful packages for transport

• Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery when required

• Notifying us in advance of changes, cancellations, or special handling needs
   

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deliveries may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellations made with insufficient notice (as defined in your service agreement) may incur a fee.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, graphics, and content on our website and marketing materials are the property of Buck Logistics LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
Buck Logistics is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or delay caused by factors outside our control

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Claims arising from goods improperly packaged or labeled

Our liability for any direct damage is limited to the total amount paid for the delivery service in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Travis County, Texas.
